I feel like working with the horse totally shows how I am in some scenarios.
~D.R. Substance Use Disorder Group Watching Dakota today was beautiful! She connects with "wild ones" like herself.
~K.F. Substance Use Disorder Group I loved it. I feel my self-esteem rise with horses. They are amazing!
~E.P. Substance Use Disorder Group I was so honored to be asked to help support and spread the word for this beautiful Non-profit organization Hope Reins Healing Equine Therapy. My experience here is unparalleled and I can’t even begin to describe the healing energies these animals/companions can bring us.
I am so thankful for Aubree and Kelbie for giving us a safe place to connect, process and grow. ~Kai F. I felt connection and saw mirrored my insecurity with boundaries, communication and compromise. I feel uplifted and level-headed.
~A.E. Substance Use Disorder Group I want to thank your team for being an important part of Gracie’s trauma recovery. I get emotional just writing about it. Gracie has been through some very tough things, including a recent hospitalization in August.
Gracie had started her sessions which were interrupted by this hospitalization. Equine Therapy allowed Gracie to continue in a new session after she was discharged, which she was ecstatic about. When we heard about this therapy, we were both elated. Finally, something outside of the office where a child can heal. No child wants to sit in an office and discuss their hurt and betrayal. This was such a great opportunity for Gracie to socialize, connect, and heal. Gracie immediately took to Dakota, who shares a similar past. Gracie was able to realize that she is not the only one on this tough journey and was able to see that you can heal from this, if you choose, just like Dakota. Gracie now has an art print of Dakota hung on her wall to remind her of this amazing opportunity. The Hope Reins team is amazing, caring, and patient. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a new way to heal. ~Gracie's Mom |
